Attorno al Noceto, si trovano infatti diversi punti di interesse come ad esempio il Golf Club di Crespellano (a soli 200 metri!) , la Rocca di Bazzano , il Parco dell'Abbazia di Monteveglio, Maranello terra di motori , il Consorzio dei Vini dei Colli Bolognesi .
DUE CHIACCHIERE IN RELAX ATTORNO AL CAMINO..
Il fuoco, da sempre scalda l'ambiente e scalda i cuori. All'interno della casa , troverete due ampi saloni gemelli il cui elemento centrale è il grande camino in mattoni, sormontato da architravi in legno massello.
Un posto ideale, dove ritirarsi nei mesi più freddi a leggere un buon libro o semplicemente trovare qualche minuto per riflettere un pò, da soli o in compagnia.
Il Noceto, dispone di una ampia zona cortiliva recintata, ideale ad esempio per una festa di compleanno " KIDS" in cui poter tenere sotto controllo i bambini ! Oltre i recinti, sia apre un ampio prato verde in piano, dove troverete una graziosa piscina e un gazebo completo di barbecue dove organizzare magari una bella giornata con i vostri amici nei mesi più caldi.
